Kaleena Fong is thrilled to join DCIIA as the Vice President of Membership, where she will leverage her expertise and leadership to cultivate collaboration and enhance member engagement. With a strong background in the financial services industry, most recently at OneDigital, Kaleena has been dedicated to improving retirement outcomes and expanding access to financial advice. Equipped with an MBA from Creighton University and a Graduate Certificate in Behavioral Finance, she brings a proven track record in building strong client relationships, driving strategic objectives, and spearheading impactful initiatives. During her time at OneDigital, Kaleena contributed as an integral part of the practice leadership team for the RIA and participated in pre-acquisition calls and meetings for over 50 firms exploring integration into the organization. She consulted with a national practice of 150 financial advisors on brand, go-to-market strategies, and growth plans. Kaleena developed and executed a comprehensive content and enablement strategy, providing the team with valuable resources and tools to support sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in the development of a financial wellness platform, including distribution strategies within the organization's existing retirement plan relationships. With her extensive experience and passion for advancing financial services, Kaleena is committed to fostering meaningful partnerships and driving success for DCIIA and its members.
