How the Program Works

Individuals are nominated into one of two cohorts, and the year‑long program is offered at no additional cost as part of DCIIA membership. Participants simply need the capacity and desire to engage by committing 3–5 hours per month, attending events with manager support, and allocating travel budget for DCIIA Forums.

Emerging Leaders

For rising professionals with 2–7 years of experience who want to build business acumen, broaden cross‑functional awareness, and prepare for their first major leadership roles.

Enterprise Leaders

For experienced managers and Directors/AVPs with 8–15+ years in the industry who are ready to deepen enterprise‑level insight, strengthen influence, and step into future successor roles.
