In her role, Bailey supports qualitative and quantitative research with design, fielding, and analysis for research publications and presentations. Additionally, she helps curate and plan DCIIA's national programming and events across the Innovation Forum, Public Policy Forum, and Academic Forum. Prior to joining DCIIA, Bailey worked at the Colorado Municipal League to support research and legislative activities across Colorado’s 270 municipalities. She also served within a consultancy's market research arm to drive research initiatives across the United States and western Europe. Bailey holds a master’s degree in international affairs with a specialization in intelligence and and security from King’s College London. She received her bachelor’s degree in international affairs and relations from the University of Colorado.
