In her role, Bailey supports the DCIIA RRC’s qualitative and quantitative research across design, fielding, and analysis for publications and presentations.

Prior to joining DCIIA, Bailey worked at the Colorado Municipal League to support research and legislative activities on behalf of Colorado’s 273 municipalities. The research helped to advance policy development related to fiduciary duties, fiscal guidance, and bipartisanship for over 1,300 elected officials across Colorado. She also served within a consultancy's market research arm to drive B2B and B2C research initiatives across the United States and western Europe for clients spanning financial services, technology, government, and international development sectors.

Bailey holds a master’s degree in international affairs with a specialization in intelligence and security from King’s College London. She also received her bachelor’s degree in international affairs and relations from the University of Colorado.
